What does a remodel cost?
It depends on the size of the room, the layout changes and the finishes you choose. We do not publish prices, because a number without a scope is not honest. You get a written price after the consultation.
Is the design free?
The first consultation is free. If you want a full design with selections, we tell you the design fee in writing first, and it comes off the project if you build with us.
How long will my house be torn up?
We give you a schedule with the proposal and update it weekly. Selections, permits and material lead times are what move dates.
Do you handle older homes safely?
Homes built before 1978 can have lead paint. Ask us about our current certification and how we contain dust before work starts.
What warranty do I get?
You get a written workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer warranties on the products you chose. Both are handed over at the walkthrough.
