How do you decide on a price?
We compare homes near you that recently sold, adjust for size, condition and lot, and show you the list we used. You see the range and pick the number with us.
What will I pay to sell?
Every fee is in writing before you sign, including the part that comes out at closing. Ask us for the sheet for your home.
Do I need to fix everything first?
No. We walk through together and mark the few repairs that are worth doing, and the ones that are not.
How long will my home be on the market?
That depends on price, condition and the market that month. We show you what similar homes did so you can plan around it.
Can you help me if I am buying from out of state?
Yes. We do video tours, send neighborhood notes and handle paperwork by email until you arrive.
How do I learn about a neighborhood?
We describe what is there, like parks, commute times and shops, and we link to the school district and city sites so you can read the official information yourself.
