Do you give a price before the work starts?
Yes. You get a written price for the job before we begin, and you can say no.
What should I do while I wait?
Shut the water off at the fixture, or at the main valve if water is still running. Call (480) 555-0118 and we will walk you through it.
Do you work on gas water heaters?
Gas work is done only under the license classification that covers it. Ask us when you call and we will tell you.
How do you handle hard water?
Hard water leaves scale in heaters and fixtures. A softener reduces spots and scale. It is not a health treatment.
Do you charge a trip fee?
We tell you any trip or diagnostic fee on the phone before we drive out.
