How much upkeep does a desert yard need?
Every yard needs some care: trimming, drip checks, gravel touch-ups and weeds. A plan covers it, or we show you how to do it yourself.
Do you handle permits and HOA approval?
We give you the plan and material list your HOA asks for, and we pull permits where the city requires them for walls or lighting.
What warranty comes with plants and hardscape?
Plants and workmanship carry written warranties with terms, including how the yard must be watered. We hand you a copy with the proposal.
Do you spray for weeds?
Weed treatments for hire are done only under a current pest management license. Ask us and we will tell you what we are licensed to apply.
